The FOX Studio Lot
A Fully Integrated Studio Experience in the Heart of Los Angeles
The FOX Studio Lot is a full-service studio facility located on the Westside of Los Angeles, conveniently adjacent to the 10 and 405 freeways and Century City, offering premier shopping and hotel accommodations. Its coastal proximity also provides a more temperate climate—typically 7–10 degrees cooler than other studio locations across Southern California.
The lot features 15 historic stages totaling 333,917 square feet, with stage sizes ranging from 14,000 to 28,274 square feet. This includes four audience-rated stages ideal for live productions, as well as a 500,000-gallon tank that is subdivided into multiple configurations for a range of water-based production needs.
Our recently renovated two-acre backlot is an authentic cityscape designed to transform seamlessly into Anytown, USA. Its scale and layout enable productions to maximize efficiencies across set dressing, background, and other below-the-line costs—while delivering a rich, cinematic environment.
The backlot includes classic brownstones, storefronts, an iconic alley, subway entrance, traffic light, and diner. Built-in day-to-night infrastructure allows for fast, efficient scene transitions, and interior practical sets are included with street rentals.
Our dedicated production services team delivers exceptional support at every stage, ensuring a seamless production experience. In addition to our stages, we offer a full range of production services, offices, and support spaces, along with premium amenities—including four unique eateries, a coffee shop & scoop truck, barbershop, dry cleaners, and more.
