New England Studios

New England Studios is a purpose-built soundstage facility on 15.7 in Devens MA. Our lot boasts four 18,000 square foot NC25 rated sound stages, each 150 feet by 120 feet and 45 feet to the grid.

On-Site Production Support

The Studio has 20,000 square feet of production support offices, over 30,000 square feet of mill building space, and 10,000 square feet of flexible office and dressing room spaces.

HMU, green rooms, dressing rooms, offices with kitchenettes, and all four stages are all under the same roof for an easy insular production environment. A short walk across the lot are commissary spaces, wardrobe bays with high-capacity laundry machines, Scenic Spray Booth, Construction Bays w/ Welding power, flexible storage/workshop spaces, and our G&E department.

LIGHTING AND GRIP

The grip and lighting rental department has a full-time staff that provides real-time support when you are on stage. We house a large inventory of the latest technology in lighting gear, grip packages, production trailers, generators, dollies, and expendables.  We can provide anything you might need!
